Why we exist
Nutra Essentia was founded with one straightforward purpose: to bring genuinely well-formulated food supplements to health-conscious people in the United Kingdom. We were frustrated by an industry full of underdosed formulas, proprietary blends that hide ingredient amounts, and vague sourcing claims. So we built the brand we always wanted — transparent labelling, meaningful ingredient forms, carefully selected certified suppliers, and honest communication.
Our approach
Every product starts with a question: what does the evidence actually suggest about this ingredient? We then source the best available form — whether that is KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract, standardised curcuminoids, or chelated magnesium bisglycinate — at a dose that reflects its documented traditional or nutritional use.
