Refund Policy
30-Day Returns on Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, email orders@nutraessentia.co.uk with your order number.
Opened Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements, except where the product is defective or caused an adverse reaction. Please contact us promptly if this applies.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us at orders@nutraessentia.co.uk before the period expires. We will refund the full order value including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal date. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but are subject to our standard returns policy.
