Are Nutra Essentia products safe to take?

Our products are food supplements made from food-grade ingredients. They are not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking prescription medication, please consult your GP before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake on the label.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All capsule products use HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) vegan capsule shells. All formulations are free from animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products Halal certified?

Our raw material supplier holds a valid International Halal Certificate (SSPY-201318-32093-R2, valid to December 2026), recognised by JAKIM (Malaysia). The plant extracts used are covered under this certification.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes. All products are free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts.

Do you do third-party testing?

At present our quality assurance is based on supplier-provided Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and internationally recognised supplier certifications (FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001, SGS cGMP). We do not currently commission independent third-party testing but are actively working towards this.

What does KSM-66 mean?

KSM-66 is a proprietary full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract by Ixoreal Biomed, standardised to a minimum of 5% withanolides and one of the most studied ashwagandha extracts available.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days (free over £35). Express: 1–2 working days (£6.99). Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping is planned for the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order has been collected by our courier.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe to any product and receive 15% off every delivery. Delivery frequency matches the product supply duration — 90-day products ship every 90 days, 60-day products every 60 days. Cancel or pause anytime with no minimum commitment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and navigate to Subscriptions, or email hello@nutraessentia.co.uk and we will cancel within 24 hours.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Email orders@nutraessentia.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
