Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. International shipping is planned for the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Returns Policy
Unopened products — 30 days
You may return any unopened, undamaged product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Opened products
For hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements, unless the product is defective or caused an adverse reaction.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email orders@nutraessentia.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
How to Return

- We confirm within 1 business day and provide the return address
- Send via tracked post
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel and receive a full refund including standard delivery costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
